Why should MIPS be IMPORTANT to YOU?
The new payment system is important because it monitors Quality of Care, Cost of Care, Advancing Care Information and Improvement Activities of your doctor. The higher the rating your physician scores, the better your experience should be.
We are proud to be awarded the highest scores possible on the MIPS system!
MIPS stands for Merit-Based Incentive Payment System. MIPS is the new Medicare payment incentive/penalty system created to improve Medicare programs that focus on quality, costs and use of electronic health records. MIPS intends to improve the Patient Experience by increasing Patient Satisfaction and Patient Experience by better coordination of healthcare.
Accepting new patients—we are always looking to grow our Magnolia Family.
